One great way to keep your mind, body and soul relax is through facial care. This will restores the luster on dull and fatigued skin. Spas and clinics have become popular destination for wide range of facials. So, here’s some basic skin care treatment constituting of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing.

  • Cleansing – slather your face with a high-quality cleanser suitable for your skin. Clean with a cleansing milk to remove traces of makeup. It opens the pores and removes the grime.
  • Exfoliating – exfoliate to remove the dirt and soot from the outer skin layer. It rips the dead skin cells and your face will have a refreshing childlike look.

  • Anti aging – it is a more advanced than regular facials as it makes use of stuffs as alpha or beta hydroxyl acids and vitamins to smoothen out fine lines, freckles and wrinkles. It revitalizes skin and increases collagen. It is done with special massage technique.

For massaging steps, this will involves right pressure in right areas with the use of fingers. Massaging is done slow and steady rhythm, in upward direction as to delay the force of gravity. Entire areas from eyes, forehead, chin, cheeks, lips, nose, necks and back have different circular movement with gentle pressure points. Move the Fingertip in swift, light and firm way. The entire procedure should be repeated at least five times and a session can last for 45–60 min. avoid makeup for 4-5 hrs after massage and grab a nice sleep for blood circulation.

Basically, massaging keeps early aging and stress at bay. It stimulates blood circulation and rejuvenates the skin by tightening tissues. Flabby, sagging and slack skin can be well taken care by accurate massage techniques. Bounce back with glory with a youthful, vibrating and energizing look and skin.

Metro Manila, Philippines battles flood chaos

The earlier news reported, a massive rescue operation is under way in Metro Manila Philippines where at least 73 people are confirmed to have been killed in the wake of torrential rains. Tropical Storm Ondoy triggered the worst flooding in decades in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Defence Secretary Gilbert Teodoro said troops, police and civilian volunteers had rescued more than 4,000 people – many clinging to each other on roofs. More than 333,300 have been driven from their homes, report says. Military chief Gen Victor Ibrado flew by helicopter over suburbs of Manila on Sunday to see for himself drenched survivors marooned on top of half-submerged buses and on rooftops.

TV footage from the news showed some survivors clinging to high-voltage power lines. Rescue effort is intensifying as the weather cleared on Sunday, but some reports estimate that 80% of the capital is still under water. The government has declared a “calamity” in Manila and 25 provinces, allowing access to emergency funds.
