Nowadays, most online shoppers are no longer contented to shop without talking to real people. It is deemed that having live chat system gives shoppers the confidence that they are being taken seriously by the seller. They feel reassured that any time they will have easy access to live person because lengthy delays in email communications are becoming unacceptable.
In a seller’s point of view, putting this system means increase in sales and revenue as well as customer satisfaction. It gives the company the chance to reach out to their customers and answer questions in real time, which then vanish their hesitation.
Eight hours of sleep a night is ideal. We’ve heard of people who need just a few hours of sleep (Bill Clinton is said to get five or six a night; Martha Stewart is four), and others who required a lot (Albert Einstein thrived on 11hours). Most people need seven to nine hours of sleep at night, but it can range from six to ten hours. To find out how much sleep you really required, take a vacation and sleep in. When you don’t feel the urge to nap on a slow and quite afternoon, that’s when you know you’ve gotten the rest you need. You can also head to bed 15min earlier each night for two weeks. If you still can’t keep your eyed open during a staff meeting or find yourself craving sweets or carbs in the morning – both are signs of sleep-deprived, try adding on 15min more until you’re well rested.
You can’t catch up on lost sleep. Good news! It may take a few days or weeks, but you can in fact catch up on sleep. If you’ve had a busy week or two, try tracking on 15min a night until you feel well rested. After you’ve catch up, try to establish a consistent sleep routine by going to bed at the same time every night and waking up at the same time hour every morning. This causes your level of melatonin, a hormone that governs your wake/sleep cycle, to soar at the same time every night – which helps you fall asleep.
Counting sheep can help you fall asleep. This will only stimulate your brain and make you more alert. If you don’t nod off within 15 to 20min of hitting the sack, get out of bed and listen to classical music or read a book. The return to bed once you feel sleepy.
Through the years people find ways of fighting stress so that we are now able to choose just the one that suits us the best. Just in case you too are a fan of stretching as a means to relax, I recommend the supported butterfly position as the best to unwind, while also being beneficial for menstruation cramps and back pains. For starters, it’s called the “supported” position because it also implies you using two large pillows. What you have to do is place the pillows on the floor and then lie down, with the buttocks on the floor and not on the pillows. You must bring your feet together, while you push your knees apart from each other, so that they rest on the two pillows.
Once you get in this position, hold it for a while, and then slowly, as you take a deep breath, also extend your arms next to the torso. You can hold this position for as long as you like or, accordingly, until you feel you are free of stress and relaxed. Make sure that, all the time that you remain in it, you breathe steadily – as a matter of fact, your breathing should be the only aspect to concentrate on, if possible. However, those who have lower back issues might want to consult a specialist before starting to stretch like this on a regular basis, since remaining in this position, with the legs apart, can be detrimental for the spine.

You need not be angry to assert yourself. Here’s how:
Use simple language. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Empathize with the other person by saying what you think they feel, and then say that you also need to be heard.
Do not attack the other person. Just say how you feel and what you want from the other person.
If the other person is not listening, set a limit and a consequence when the limit is crossed.
We have plans of installing an air-conditioning unit in the next couple of weeks. After receiving the good news, that I passed the training exam for the hospital of my dream we decided to settle down for a while here. Despite all complaints regarding leaks, we can still find perks in the place such as convenience in transportation and lower monthly rent.
But, we really need to put a cooling system if we opt to stay here for long. Of course, we need to close down the windows to avoid the cool air from escaping. For that matter we need a good lighting system. Speaking of lighting, I found a modern lamp that suits our personalities. We really like modern, sleek accessories at home rather than contemporary styles. I will keep an eye on this one until we will finalize the air-conditioning unit plans.

Don’t waste money on fancy jewelry cleaning solutions! You can save money by cleaning your jewelry at home using things you’ll find in any kitchen or bathroom. Here are some cleaning tips you can follow:
- Silver Jewelry – use a soft bristle toothbrush with mild soap and warm water to restore the shine and brilliance of silver jewelry. Avoid immersing your sterling silver jewelry into jewelry cleaning dips; they should be cleaned by hand. Use a soft cloth to buff your silver jewelry for a nice, clean shine.
- Diamond Rings & Jewelry – use a solution of six parts water and one part ammonia. Use a soft bristle toothbrush or toothpick to remove any dirt or particles from any crevices. Rinse well in water and buff dry with a soft cloth.
- Gold, Platinum and other Gemstone Jewelry – use a solution of mild dishwashing liquid, like ivory. Soak jewelry in this solution for a few minutes, and then lightly brush away any dirt with a soft brush. Rinse with lukewarm water and air dry or buff with a soft cloth. Be sure not to soak any soft stones like turquoise, amber or lapis, as soaking can damage their polish. For particularly dirty gold jewelry, soak in alcohol or ammonia before cleaning.
- Cleaning Pearls – a mild soap and water solution works well for cleaning pearls. Then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Costume Jewelry & Rhinestones – use a soft brush to sweep away any dirt and dust. Use window cleaner, like Windex, sprayed on a soft, lint free cloth to clean the stones surface. Also try alcohol on a q-tip to get in between small spaces.
