reddish bumps in my arms and legs

reddish bumps in my arms and legsA few days ago, I have seen reddish bumps in both my arms and my legs. I might have touched something that causes allergic reaction. But, I don’t know what it is and it worries me a lot. All my life I have been very conscious about my skin since I easily get allergic reaction.

I search for the possible cause, which could be anything. My initial suspect is the bed. I instantly thought about replacing our bed with allergy bedding. Thank goodness I did not because I found the culprit. It’s the grass that I removed from the garden. I really hate it. I hope it vanishes the soonest with the help of calamine ointment.

New Year resolutions you can useAre you sick of making the same resolutions year after year that you never keep? Why not promise to do something you can actually accomplish? Here are some resolutions that you can use as a starting point:

  • Gain weight. At least 30 pounds.
  • Stop exercising. Waste of time.
  • Read less. Makes you think.
  • Watch more TV. I’ve been missing some good stuff.
  • Procrastinate more. Starting tomorrow.
  • Don’t date any of the Baywatch cast.
  • Spend more time at work, surfing with the T1.
  • Take a vacation to someplace important: like, to see the largest ball of twine.
  • Don’t jump off a cliff just because everyone else did.
  • Stop bringing lunch from home: I should eat out more.
  • Don’t have eight children at once. Read the rest of this entry »

my New Year’s resolution

my New Year's resolutionAfter a few days, 2009 will have to say goodbye and we will welcome 2010. For that, I am thinking about my New Year’s resolution and that is to work harder and refrain from laziness. To start, I tried to look for a job locally. I want to come back to the corporate world. I miss the feeling of being employed. However, instead of finding one I found some jobs philadelphia. It sounds interesting, but I can’t apply for those jobs for some reason.

Hubby talked to me as he noticed my new venture. He reminds me of the truths of my previous resignation almost two years ago. Then, I realized he is right. I am better off with my current situation now as compared before. But, I still have to make some realization about it. I really need to carefully weigh my options before making a decision. Sigh! But, I will try to refrain from my laziness and work hard to earn more and to realize my big dreams

little preparation for holiday rush

little preparation for holiday rushYesterday, hubby and I went to the mall to do our usual grocery. Actually we are in a tight budget as of the moment. That is the reason we only purchase few items. Still we reach an amount we never imagined. It’s actually due my shampoo and lotion. My vanity is stronger than my budgeting. I feel guilty, but hubby says it is okay. So, it’s okay period.

As we fall in line the cashier, I can’t help to notice the additional POS systems and tables of the mall. I think this is in preparation for high volume of the New Year. Why I haven’t seen these additions last Christmas or I just overlooked it due to the flock of last minute shoppers like me. Well, whatever that maybe for sure those will help the mall reduce long lines in checkout counters.

painful experience

painful experienceLast night, I had a very sound sleep like I used to have. But, all of a sudden I experience very painful cramps in the lower part of my left leg. I can’t move due to the pain. I have to wake hubby to assist me because I am almost shouting. I don’t want my neighbors to wake up just because of cramps. I am thankful hubby knows how to mend it. I go back to sleep.

As I wake up this morning I can still feel the pain. Despite that I still do the things I used to do every morning such as hang wet clothes and sweep the backyard. After that, is the time I wash myself and look at the mirror. To my surprise I can visibly see dark eye circle. I’m doomed. I immediately ran to my cosmetic products to look for an eye cream. The problem, I can’t find one. I am really doomed this time. All I can do now is to put make up on it before leaving the house. Hopefully the make-up will hide it.
