Actually the move to this house is unintentional. The contract of the previous border hasn’t expired yet. But they left without a word after a few arguments with the landlady. The landlady in return enforced a bridge of contract and after a talking to her attorney; she gave us the go signal to transfer.
There are a lot of differences in this house. The size is bigger, bigger windows, lower ceiling and no patio furniture. Good thing I did not take the risk of buying patio cushions in the previous apartment. It would truly be a waste of money.
But, I am not yet done arranging everything even if five days have passed. For the reason that arranging is not the only thing I am doing every day. Of course, I have to work to earn for a living. I will give another week probably by that time it’s all set and done.

Our landlady is asking for the payment of the broken tile in the first apartment. I thought she will not see it because we tried to cover it up with an epoxy. Hehehe! But, she did because those tiles are installed a few weeks before we transferred there. Sigh! Now we have to look for a ceramic tile that matches the one that we broke. Good thing we only have to replace one.
I have to put this on my list before I forget it. The timing is just right because we will go back to the hardware store I mentioned in my earlier post to buy the blinds, shower heads, and more. Before that, I still have to updates some of my other blogs. I’ve been absent for a long while so I have to grab this opportunity because it’s Sunday and no work day.
Perhaps, when you set out to lose some weight, especially if it’s more than a couple of pounds, you always think strict dieting and working out until you’re numb from exhaustion. It doesn’t necessarily have to be so, fitness experts point out for Shape magazine, offering the alternative of taking up dancing to break a sweat and get in shape.
Basically, dancing does not only burn the extra calories, but it also does so in such a manner that we’re not constantly focusing on it. Because there are moves to be learned, a pace to be kept and so many other factors that require our attention as we train, we are hardly paying any heed to the primary reason why we started it in the first place, namely how effective it is in terms of weight loss. This way, not only do we get to have a proper workout, but we also have plenty of fun in the process.
In addition, dancing unlike some gym classes it can also be done at home, say, if we lack the financial resources to get a trainer. A DVD workout program should suffice for a proper calorie burning session although, as health experts put it, there is literally nothing stopping us from dancing whenever we feel like it. So, there’s no reason for you not in good shape!

Yesterday, we gave the hardware store a visit with the intention to buy a brace for our new air-conditioning unit. We search the big hardware store and find one. But, hubby says that the product is too light, it might not hold the unit. So, we did not buy it and search for other items we found a lot of items actually from doorknobs, blinds, exit signs, tiles and so much more. I am beginning to ask myself whether or not it is a hardware store because there are items that are supposedly a grocery items.
Despite those items we found, still we left the store empty-handed. We thought that those items are available in the next store we will visit. Yet, we are disappointed to find out those items in our list are not available. Now we have to go back to the first mall we visited. It is such a waste of time, but we can’t do anything about it anymore.

Even if hubby is still in the middle of his hospital training, he is already planning for his next move. He is thinking about getting first aid training in Red Cross. He said that it is an additional item in his portfolio. Well, I just say it is an additional expense too. But, I can’t stop him from doing what he wants. Besides it’s his money that he will spend.
Although that is still five months away, he is now researching for the possible gadgets he might be using. He found the device called called automated external defibrillator or AED for short. I think he knew this device since it doesn’t interest him that much. I was the one who got interested. What is it by the way?
An automated external defibrillator or AED is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the potentially life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in a patient, and is able to treat them through defibrillation, the application of electrical therapy which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm. It is used on a person with no breathing and no pulse. The AED will provide a shock to reset the heart if a shockable rhythm is detected by the AED.
So, that’s it! I have read the step-by-step process of proper application of AED as well. From what I read, it is not very difficult. That may be the reason, why he did not bother to dig more information about it.
