As much as I want to use diet pills, I just can’t jump into purchasing one. I am well-aware that there is a need to read diet pill reviews first before even committing to it. There is a risk that I will put myself in great danger as there are products that are ineffective it also contains harmful ingredients. With that fact, I will not only waste my body, but I will also waste my health.
For now, I’m off to go and continue reading some articles and reviews. Then, after I will try to download new games as I am increasingly becoming bored every day. For sure, new games will light up my day.

I could not imagine a person announcing to his or her friend an embarrassing condition. True friends tell each other secrets. But, sometimes there are secrets worth hiding than sharing. Hehehe! For example, even if there is relief for hemorrhoids purchasing it in the drug store is really awkward. Why? That person’s friend might see him or her and might spread some words about it. That will push the person involve to break his or her silence.
Same goes with relationships. My closest friend has a two year suitor. Although it’s a long distance courtship, the guy puts some effort to please her. He intentionally went here despite the harsh reality of expensive fare, not just to meet her parents, but to spend the New Year. He opts to be with her rather than his family. The only problem is that she is not too proud of him because of his looks. She keeps him in the vicinity of her house where there are family members around. And, she did not bother to tour him in the city. Hehehe!
I am the only person who knows this secret aside from her family. And I am the only person who knows that her reason for not accepting him is his looks even if he doesn’t look bad after all. Too bad!

After one week since the devastating earthquake hit Haiti, the UN says “hope persists” in finding more people alive in the ruins of buildings. The UN usually decides to call off search and rescue attempts between five and seven days after a disaster, once no-one has been saved for a day or two – but people have been known to survive for much longer, BBC news stated.
In 1995, Park Seung Hyun was pulled from the wreckage of a collapsed supermarket in Seoul, South Korea, 16 days after it collapsed and in January 2004, Shahr-Banu Mazandarani, an Iranian woman in her 90s was rescued after nine days buried in the rubble of her home after the Bam earthquake.
Julie Ryan, a co-ordinator with UK-based group International Rescue Committee (IRC), says that survival largely depends on what happens the moment the quake first hits. “The ideal situation is you have become trapped and entombed but have some sort of oxygen supply from the outside world, are not injured and also have some sort of access to water,” she told the BBC. “You have usually managed to get yourselves into some sort of void where you are enclosed by the building but it doesn’t injure you.”
She said an IRC team rescued three boys who had been buried in the ruins of their school for five days after the earthquake in Pakistan in 2005.

It may be difficult to admit, but I guess I messed up with my diet plans. I made a mistake of eating too much when I get too tired the past few days. I can’t help myself from craving so many foods that pushed me to eat more of the served foods. Combine that with my surging appetite, and then it’s like a bomb.
As of now my tummy is becoming as big as my breast. Good to know that I am almost flat breasted. Hehehe! But, I can really tell that there is an increase in my waist size without using any measuring tool. This really sucks. I might as well consider using weight loss products just to keep my size at bay. There is a need to control my weight gain now when it is still manageable than controlling it later when it has become really serious.
