Diet, diet, diet. That is the word I am sticking to my brain ever since I realize I increased my size by two notched. Honestly, I have been cheating my diet plans ever since I started it. No one is to blame, but me. Even if hubby is buying a lot of junk foods, it doesn’t give me the right to eat it whenever it pleases me. The worst part is that I am not eating small amounts; I am eating as much as I can.
Now, I am paying what I have done. As much as possible I will control myself from eating a lot. Also, placing a lot discipline and get physically active will surely hasten the process. For sure weight loss supplements can do wonders if I combine all. But, I am still trying to consider that because it means spending extra money. But, I am certain that this time my goal will not be cheated even if I am faced with so many delicious foods. Hopefully, it will work this time.

Yesterday, I panicked when I feel a pain in my ankle. I don’t know what is causing it as it just happens. I am not that old to feel joint pain. So, I am confident it is nothing serious. The only problem is that we are at the mall looking for a new laptop. I can’t focus with a pain.
I tried to ignore it, but it continues to disturb me until lunchtime. Good thing, hubby decided to eat our lunch at home. I finally get a chance to let him massage the painful area. After which the pain vanish just like that. I guess it is just muscle cramps or a little thing in that area is misaligned.
Well, I was able to get back to my normal self when we head out to the mall again. I was able to choose a new laptop of my choice. Hopefully, I made a good buy this time.

One of the most embarrassing conditions a person may have is bad breath. It has significant impact both personally and socially on those who suffer from it. Generally speaking, most bad breath or halitosis cases originate in the mouth itself due to the food we eat, smoke, and obesity and alcohol consumption. But, this may be temporary if the person religiously eat, brush teeth, floss, or use mouthwash.
However, for some people bad breath seems to be a permanent thing also called chronic bad breath. This is a more serious condition which can have negative effect to the person’s overall life. Good thing there are few effective bad breath treatment available in the markets these days that actually get to the root of the problem. Most of these products treat halitosis through various methods, and they get rid of bad breath in the future so that you don’t have to try to deal with more damage caused by mints, gums, and other factors. One way to put an end to persistent bad breath is to get the product that effectively removes it. A little research can greatly help in this matter.

Last few weeks have been very stressful for me as my web hosting got suspended. Basically, I have at least seven websites in that account. Well, it’s not really my websites alone. Part of those sites is owned by different people, hubby, my brother, hubby’s friend and hubby’s father. If only I owned all of it, I would have not worried too much. But, since it’s not, I work my butt out trying to figure what to do.
Good thing my webhosting company responded to the ticket I send them after long hours. They say I have reached the maximum CPU usage. Then, tickets and respond tickets coming in and back to them for at least three days before everything goes back to normal. I’m still lucky though the site goes back to the web after that.
Basically, I have no problem with my hosting before. It’s been giving me 24/7 up-time and the server responds well. It was only on that week where I face some trouble. I am having a difficult time analyzing how I reached the maximum limit. That’s why I read several web hosting reviews. I found out I am not the only one who experienced the same problem. Some people even left the hosting companies with unresolved issues that pushed them to write negatively.
Anyway, I learned my lessons well. Before even purchasing any services, I should or must read the terms and conditions no matter how small they are. Also, I shouldn’t forget to read reviews made by real users as well. Doing so, will give me all the information I need. So, that I know where I will put myself and how I should use the product.
For now, I am I will still stick to my hosting until my package expires. But, I will give really think million times if I will stay or not after it. For sure there are thousands of webhosting companies giving reliable service as well.
Want more from your first meal of the day? Adding certain foods to your plate, bowl or baggie can lower your blood pressure. Here’s how:
- Sprinkle flaxseed on your cereal. Your whole-grain cereal lowers blood pressure, and ground flaxseeds contain alpha-linolenic acid, a nutrient that relaxes blood vessels.
- Stir chopped walnuts into oatmeal. These are loaded with ALA, and their protein and healthy fat profile pushes blood sugar, blood pressure and lousy (LDL) cholesterol down.
- Whip berries into your smoothie. One study recorded a seven-point dip in systolic (the top number) pressure from a daily dose of berries.
- Toss a tomato onto your egg-white omelet. The lycopene in cooked tomatoes has a talent for tamping down blood pressure.
- Grab a yogurt. Making nonfat, no-sugar-added dairy products such as yogurt a regular part of your diet can reduce hypertension risk by 30 percent. By Michael Roizen, MD and Mehmet Oz, M.D of Houston Chronicle.

Even if I am at home all by myself, I still know how to enjoy myself. Hubby always leaves the house to work every day during weekdays. So, I am alone during those times. It is true that it’s quite boring sometimes having no one to talk especially that I am an extrovert kind of person. But, I am thankful I have my laptop and an internet connection.
From that I can chat endlessly with my friends whenever I want to. I can also play facebook games to lighten up the day. Additionally, I can blog and read some articles pertaining to any kind of topic including Celebrity News, daily news, and so much more. Honestly, whenever I do those things it makes me feel a little sleepy unlike when I’m out talking to real people. But, I don’t have much option to go out every day just to talk to friends. Not only it would be too costly, I also have to finish my assignments for me to earn money to be able to live for the next month.
Even if that is the case I was able to adapt to love the things I do right now. That’s why I am a bit of a gossip lady, just a little only. I am mostly intimate towards my facebook games more than reading gossip. But, I still consider it a good way to divert attention if ever I am tired clicking the games.
Well, there goes my newly solitude life. I was able to get use to it after two years of my housewife-apprenticeship. Hahaha. Seriously, I am okay now although there are lapses sometimes.
Anyway, I’m off to check the celebrities who will be celebrating their birthdays the next few days. I might be asked by a friend this coming Sunday. She loves gossip a lot and she often includes me to talk about that topic.
