It’s a fine Saturday morning. I’m just a little excited to go out this day. After a stressful week, I’m free to do the things that I love and one of that is to watch movie. I wonder what’s showing right now. Hopefully, I’ll find something worth my time and money.
Since hubby is still fixing himself, I will just check this eczema treatment my friend is asking. She wants a second opinion of the product because she wants to buy it for her baby. But, I really don’t know anything about it. I already told her that, but she still asks me for it. I even suggest seeing a doctor as they are expert on giving proper medication. Sadly she doesn’t listen. I guess she doesn’t know anyone who could help her.
Anyway, hubby is already done. So, have a great day everyone!!!

Every mountain has a surprise around the corner, an obstacle in the path, or a storm brewing minutes away. During every climb you’ll find yourself teetering on a ledge, knowing you could fall, and then rounding the bend and seeing a pristine light blue mountain lake nestled in the cradling arms of a snow capped peak. You may struggle to take one step at a time, and then be inspired by a mountain goat teetering on the ledge above you. Mountain climbing taught me how to deal with the unexpected.
But, LIFE taught me this: the hardest mountains we climb are the ones we can’t see. Just when we think we have life figured out and we know where we are going, and how to get there…. something changes: we lose a job, a loved one, our health, a dream, a goal. There is a mountain in our way.
“Life is full of mountains to climb. The climbs are challenging and often painful. If we chose to climb, and follow our route with purpose, preparation, persistence, patience and in partnership, those mountains can become vehicles for wonderful new beginnings.”
In a few days’ time, hubby and I will have to take another life journey that will change everything. It’s not that this is the first time we venture into a foreign place. Actually, this is the second time. But, it still feels like we did it like the first time. I’m still anxious of the uncertainty of what will happen to us there, how things will unfold for us and so much more. I fear change, but I have to face it because this is life.
Anyhow, I’m beginning to plan the things we will need there. It would be too draggy to plan it on our arrival. At least if I do it as early as now, I will have ideas of it. Then, can just make adjustments if my plan isn’t feasible.
I’m currently looking at the different modern furniture especially for my working space. My working life doesn’t end if I move to a whole new place. Unfortunately, I can’t bring my office furniture because it would be much costly than buying new ones. Also, I find it more convenient to buy new items to get an upgrade. Anyway, I just hope I will find something that fits my style, budget and space.

Other than what course to take, another crucial question when beginning a college education is what institution to choose. This is a difficult question since there are hundreds and even thousands of schools in the country. Basically, there are factors that have to be taken into consideration while selecting a school such as finance, location, the student’s interests, and the schools’ credibility. For sure credible school can help student maximize his potential in finding the right career.
It is indeed difficult to make immediate sound decision if there are tons of choices available. We’re progressively living in a world where physical activity has stopped being a day-to-day part of our lives. We have domestic appliances to wash and dry for us and cars to get us around, and with the decline in manual labour many of us spend our working day sitting at desks. When we get home, we think nothing of spending the evening sitting or even lying down in front of the TV. If that sounds like your routine, then it’s important to remember any exercise at all is better than none.
In fact, there’s a well-established theory that mild to moderate physical activity is, for most people, the best way to better health. Apart from anything else, unless you do something you enjoy – or can at least put up with – you won’t stick at it. Similarly, if you start off doing too much too soon, you’ll get fed up and stop, get injured or even make yourself ill. So what’s the right amount of exercise to get fit and healthy without injuring yourself in the process?
Strenuous, moderate or mild? The intensity at which you workout can be described as strenuous, moderate or mild. What constitutes a strenuous, moderate or mild exercise workload for you will depend on your current fitness.

I love spending time outdoors in any weather, as each season has its own particular beauty, but summer has to be my favorite outdoor season. There are so many activities to enjoy when the weather is nice, such as swimming, water skiing, canoeing, and I love rock climbing during summer too. There has to be a very good program on TV before I will stay indoors during summer, but direct tv offers Idaho a huge selection of channels that I love.
It is hard to say what my favorite summer activity is. This year is has been rock climbing. There is a small mountain range about one hour’s drive away with fantastic sides for climbing, and because the altitude is fairly high it is quite a bit cooler than in the city.
Instead of working out at the gym during summer, I spend a lot more time in the pool swimming laps. It is great exercise and the perfect way to cool down after a day’s work. I usually go on my way home from work as it is quite crowded in the evening.
