Hubby and I are devising to two career plans in the next few months. We haven’t finalized the other one yet, which should come first. If it fails, then that would be the time for us to execute the other. I won’t divulge the nature of the first one because it’s supposed to be private until the results come out. The other plan – not secret – is to put up a small business back in our hometown. I’m in charge of this that’s why I don’t find it worrisome to share the idea.
Anyway, I already do some of the necessary stuff for the business, e.g. products, suppliers, number of employees and some other stuff. I also tried to check for cheap printing for flyers, brochures and catalogue. Advertising methods like those are the only things I can afford for the moment. But, it would be just fine so long as it’s executed properly.
Oh well, writing this makes me nervous again because the thought of it is really challenging. But, I will never be able to comprehend the feeling until the right time has finally come.
Mainly, depression and anxiety often occur at the same time. If your anxiety or depression interferes with your ability to function or decreases your interest in doing your favorite things, seek medical attention. A nutritious diet during periods of anxiety and depression may help eliminate your symptoms.
Complex carbohydrates may produce a calming effect by increasing the amount of serotonin available in the brain. Common foods containing complex carbohydrates include brown rice, most fruits, oatmeal, vegetables and foods that list a whole grain as the first ingredient on the nutrition label. The fiber in these foods may also help stabilize your mood by limiting sugar spikes that result when your body digests carbohydrates.
Also, foods high in protein, but low in fat, help energize your body. Increased energy levels may help relieve some symptoms of anxiety and depression. Include proteins such as seeds, fish, skinless poultry, cheese and nut butters with every meal or snack to keep you energized. Those proteins containing tryptophan, such as dairy products, poultry and peanut butter, help regulate brain chemicals and may help control your mood even more.
Emotional wellness depends on eating meals regularly throughout the day. They need to include a balance of healthy fats, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. Read more… »

Hubby followed my suggested skin care regimen that is to wash, tone, moisturize and exfoliate. Well, he is happy that he did because for three months now he did not suffer random breakouts. I’m the one applying the toner and moisturizer so I can attest to the good results he is enjoying now. But, I’m still puzzled why he still has dark circles under the eye, despite using a product.
I guess we still didn’t know the right answer for the question “how to get rid of dark circles around the eyes.” If we did, then hubby will have a lighter eye area. But, since the problem persists, then it’s a good indication we have to do more researching. Oh well, I hope we can do something about it the soonest for him to cease looking like panda bear.

It’s really a shame that I messed up my meal earlier before doing this post. Even in the past, I’m not really a good cook. There are times I hit the target, but a lot of times I miss. That is the reason I’m trying so hard to make a great tasting meal. I don’t want to waste money and effort on awful tasting food.
It sure suggests I have no future in the food industry. My chance is much greater in the beauty industry as I love to beautify myself than cooking. If I were to choose, I’d go to Kansas City beauty school of Regency Beauty Institute than to enroll in culinary school. I’m sure I will be able to enjoy myself better in this industry.

Working on a short deadline and you are also stressing over the assignment, chances are your paper falls somewhere in the 3 to 8 page range. This is a common middle ground for assignments that teachers love to inhabit. Not coincidentally, it is around the three page threshold that your paper will start to demand a little more than a haphazard jotting down of your thoughts. As you are expected to expound upon your topic at some length, you will find it useful to organize your points.
Lacking organization, you might start off well with a very cogent piece of writing that tackles your subject head on. Still, the chances that you will run out of steam, or put down a paragraph in the completely wrong place, go up if you do not organize.
How can a paragraph be in the completely wrong place? Don’t I, as the author, enjoy poetic license?
No, you do not, because you are writing a report, not a poem. Creativity is valued at university, but it must know its place for most assignments. For term papers, creativity is the hand-maiden to Queen Organization. Creativity must wait for the Queen to finish her point before jumping in to add sparkle to the writing, or to steer the paper into an unusual line of pondering, etc. The Queen must be a stern monarch and not let her servant get out of hand.

After five years, my friend (Miranel) is finally anticipating a baby this November. She and her husband really wanted a second baby for a long time, but the good news only came after five years after her first child is born. They are almost giving up on the thought and will just adopt a baby next year. She thought her illness has something to do with it. But, to their surprise she is already conceiving when she went to the doctor last month.
Of course, her excitement is higher than her rooftop. That’s why she posted the good news in her facebook wall and even tweet it. Oh well, it is indeed a special event that calls for a celebration especially when it’s time to welcome her child. It means I need to find new baby gifts that reflect my personal style and conveys my feelings of love and affection to my friend and her new baby. I want to send my greatest congratulations to her. I’d better start looking for this gift now so to find the best gift possible.
