excited for the wedding and little reunion

Hooray! I’m going home this 7th of July and will be back in the 10th. The main reason is to attend my closest friends’ wedding on the 9th. Well, I thought I won’t be joining the ceremony. Hubby is keeping good hold of his “no.” Good thing I was able to convince him after three of my college friends confirm they will attend.

Oh well, I’m pretty sure this will be an exciting trip. Other than the wedding, it’s also our group’s little reunion. After seven long years, we will be seeing each other again. Although we don’t compare each other, it’s better to sport a great looking body. I don’t want them to think that I become nonchalant over my looks. Fortunately, I have been exercising for a long time now and have been using yoga blocks together with other exercise tools. Although I did not achieve the body I once had – like when we were in college – at least I maintained a healthy one.

Anyway, I’m just excited thinking about it. I just miss our group and can’t wait to see them again.

closet reorganization

Since it’s Friday night, I decided to rearrange our closet to give it a fresh look. It’s been a while since the last time I’ve done this so I grab the chance while I still have. While doing so, I found several old items that are better not there. I did not toss them the last time since I thought I can still utilize them. But, time has passed and I still haven’t used them. So, I decided to take them out and place them in a huge plastic bag, although I’m still unsure what to do next.

Anyway, another item I found are hubby’s nursing scrubs. The white ones are turning brownish same as for other colors because they remained still for a long time. I thought it’s better to reused them into an ordinary wear since they were not greatly utilized before. But, hubby declined the idea saying he will use them again in the next few months. I sure doubt him, but I still keep them to avoid arguments. Well, I guess that’s all I have to say for now.
